After registration, jaya baje may request additional documents at any time for identity verification — such as a copy of your national ID, passport, or driving licence. Withdrawals may be restricted until verification is complete.

Keeping your jaya baje account password confidential is your responsibility. Never share your password with anyone. You are accountable for all activity that takes place on your account. If you suspect unauthorized access, contact our support team immediately.

• Bonuses are generally valid for 30 days from the date of issue.

• Misuse of the bonus system will result in the forfeiture of bonuses.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on jaya baje. Any violation of these rules will result in account closure and may lead to legal action where necessary.

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Registering using a false identity or another person's details.
• Exploiting or manipulating the bonus system through any means.
• Selling or transferring your account to another person.
• Placing bets using software bots or automated systems.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal transactions.
• Involvement in match fixing or any form of fraud.
• Demeaning or harassing other members.

Jaya baje reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account at any time, without prior notice. However, if an account is closed without valid cause, any remaining balance will be refunded.

Reasons for Account Closure

• Violation of Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity verification.
• Suspicious or fraudulent activity.
• Upon submitting a voluntary account closure request.
• Extended inactivity on the account (over 12 months).

Closing Your Account Yourself

To close your jaya baje account yourself, send an email to support@jayabaje.app. Your account will be closed within 72 hours of receiving your request, and any remaining balance will be returned to you.
